World class manufacturing organization seeks a dynamic Human Resources Director to join their growing company. The HR Director will be responsible for directing and planning the activies of the Human Resources department. As a valued business partner you will have the opportunity to significantly impact and leverage the business. This position will oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication records required by law or local governing bodies. This director will be responsible for a group of 2000+ employees. Will mentor, develop, and coach staff providing guidance and leadership to achieve results that are in alignment with business objectives. This is a highly visible role. Travel for this position is extensive (50% on average).

 

Requirements:

*Forward thinking HR leader with strong operational track record of results in increasingly responsible HR assignments.

*HR experience to include; employee relations, organizational development, compensation, benefits, labor relations (union/non union), and staffing.

*Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources with 5+ in management.

*Strong organizational agility and ability to influence and function as a business partner in a complex and ambiguous environment.

*Strong experience coaching and developing staff across multiple locations.

*Strong business acumen and ability to work with key leaders building collaborative relationships across multi-platforms.

*Strong HR coaching style and expertise with excellent communication skills.

*Bachelors Degree essential. Masters Degree preferred.

*PHR/SPHR preferred.

*Ability to travel and relocate for promotional opportunities within the organization.
